Only the second President in Black Diamond’s history, Bret began his career at BDN in 2005 as a recruiter. He knows firsthand the tenacity, agility, and dedication it takes to thrive in this industry.

Tim joined Black Diamond Networks in 2023, after working with our private equity partner, Tenex as an operating advisor.

Nick brings nearly two decades of experience in the staffing industry.

Tom has been in the staffing industry for over 27 years, holding roles in both recruiting and account management.

Andrea has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry and began her career at BDN in our ERP division. She later became the Director of FDA Quality, Validation and Regulatory division where she oversaw all account managers and recruiters in our Andover office, all while running her own successful desk.

With 25 years and counting in the staffing industry, Mike was instrumental in the success of our national engineering business. His knowledge of running a successful desk as a sales executive created his ability to train account executives throughout all BDN offices in all disciplines.

Rob joined the team in 2008 as a recruiter and is no stranger to defining his own path within the organization.

Nate joined the team as an Account Executive after graduating from Endicott College in 2013. He quickly moved into the role of Sales Development Lead in our Andover, Massachusetts office.

Dean has over 12 years of recruiting experience in the life science industry. He began his career as a recruiter and advanced his way up the ladder to a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Scott has over 18 years of experience in staffing, 13 of which with Black Diamond, and all focused-on engineering.

Jeremy has 20+ years of experience in specialized recruiting for the engineering industry. He joined Black Diamond in 2006 and says that his love for competition has been a driving force in his success. His years of commitment, knowledge and leadership earned him a recent promotion to Director of Recruiting, Engineering.

Alex is an HR professional with a legal background and over nine years of staffing industry experience. He holds a BS in Human Resource Management from LeMoyne College, a Master of Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University and received his JD from New England Law | Boston.

Mike plays an integral role in helping our new hires learn the ropes. He works with teams across all offices and disciplines while providing mentorship and support.
