Andrea Caso

Vice President of Recruiting

Andrea has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry and began her career at BDN in our ERP division. She later became the Director of FDA Quality, Validation and Regulatory division where she oversaw all account managers and recruiters in our Andover office, all while running her own successful desk.

Andrea joined the executive management team in 2022 as Vice President of Recruiting. Andrea leads, trains, and develops the recruiting team. As a member of the executive team, she helps ensure the continued growth of the business through strategic planning.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
