Jade Lomanno
Manager of Talent Acquisition
Jade Lomanno graduated from Keene State College in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Communications and a specialization in Marketing. Jade began her professional career in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Black Diamond Networks and now she is back as the Talent Acquisition Manager! During her time away from Black Diamond Networks, she worked as an Internal Recruiter at a staffing firm where she gained additional skills within the talent acquisition vertical. Jade also has Human Resources experience while working for a biotechnology and pharmaceutical company.
Jade currently resides in Medford, MA. She enjoys going to her summer home on Lake Winnipesaukee, working out, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

hannah Clerico
Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hannah Clerico graduated from Villanova University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. After starting her career in marketing, she found Black Diamond Networks and joined the Talent Acquisition team in 2021. She has been continuing to develop her interpersonal skills as well as having a hands-on role connecting with and hiring others for their best path to success. Hannah was promoted to Talent Acquisition Lead in 2023. She continues to work with the TA team to staff permanent positions in all our offices nationwide.
Hannah currently lives in Boston, MA. She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with family, and going to brunch with friends. She is also an avid participant in local Relay for Life fundraisers for the American Cancer Society.

Sophia Hudson
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Sophia Hudson graduated from the University of Florida in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. More recently, she earned a master’s degree in industrial/Organizational Psychology from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Sophia has always enjoyed working with people and was previously a recruiter for financial services. After graduation, she began her career at Black Diamond Networks in a Talent Acquisition role, allowing her to leverage her knowledge of personnel selection and help place people into successful sales roles at the BDN Florida office.
Sophia recently moved back to her hometown of Jupiter, Florida, after spending 7 years living in other parts of the state. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Daisy, and being with her friends on the water.

Ashley Lebert
Talent Development Manager
Ashley LeBert attended Mount Ida College, where she obtained her Professional Studies of Education degree. She was a teacher for 7 years while also working at a real estate office upon graduation. As much as she loves teaching, she loves the fast-paced office environment, which led her to the staffing industry, where she now helps oversee the Black Diamond Networks internship program!
Ashley hangs out with family and friends in her spare time and escapes to their North Conway home with her pup Bordy! She moved to Methuen a little over two years ago but was born and raised in Medford, MA.
