TALENT AQUISITION TEAM
The Talent Acquisition team finds and recruits top talent for open roles at Black Diamond Networks and
our sister companies, AP Biosciences and River Group Technologies. Our goal is to hire for our open corporate, account executive, and recruiting roles in our offices around the country.
Director of Talent Acquisition
Danielle Paprocki joined Black Diamond Networks in 2019. After graduating from the University of Michigan, she began her business career in NYC, working for a high-end jewelry company, marketing their brand worldwide. She quickly recognized her passion for sales and recruiting and joined Northwestern Mutual as their Executive Director of Recruitment. Her primary focus was identifying and hiring wealth management advisors, which of note, are strictly commission-only positions. Her remit also included developing a successful team of recruiters on both the internship and full-time side of the business. After eight successful years in the financial sector, Danielle expanded her career horizon as the Director of Talent Acquisition for BDN. Her responsibilities include the training, development, and management of the talent acquisition team on a national level, as well as overseeing the direct hires and placements for permanent positions in all three offices.
Danielle currently resides in New Hampshire with her husband, Adam. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in her community, gardening, spending time with friends and family, as well as traveling the world. Danielle is an avid sports fan (Detroit) and loves her Michigan Wolverines.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Summer Olson graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. She began her career as a Marketing Manager branding several companies within the hospitality industry. After doing that for a couple of years she realized that her true passion was impacting the future success of others, and decidedly changed gears towards recruitment. Since then, she has spent time on both sides of the coin; internally hiring for corporate positions, as well as staffing for contract placements. In 2020 she happily returned to the corporate side of recruiting joining the Black Diamond Networks (BDN) team. She currently works at BDN as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, hiring for a variety of permanent positions in our Massachusetts, Florida, Arizona offices.
Summer currently lives in Concord, NH, where she spends most of her free time on house projects. When she’s not working or updating the home, she’s exploring different restaurants in the area, hosting gatherings for friends & family and traveling. Also, in her free time she teaches a Career Strategy and Development course at the University of New Hampshire, educating students on how to prepare professionally for a successful future.
Talent Acquisition Associate
Hannah Clerico graduated from Villanova University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. Her passion for learning about people and building relationships lead her to a career in Marketing Account Management where she worked closely with non-profits and employee benefit clients. After a few years, she was looking for a more challenging and exciting career change. This lead her to Talent Acquisition, where she could develop her interpersonal skills as well as have a hands-on role connecting with and hiring others for their best path to success. Hannah joined the Black Diamond Networks team in 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Associate. She works with the TA team to staff permanent positions in the Massachusetts, Florida, and Arizona offices.
Hannah currently lives in Boston, MA. She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with family, and going to brunch with friends. She is also an avid participant in local Relay for Life fundraisers for the American Cancer Society.
