The Talent Acquisition team finds and recruits top talent for open roles at Black Diamond Networks. Our goal is to hire for our open corporate, account executive, and recruiting roles in our offices around the country.
Ashley Lebert
Talent Development Manager
Ashley LeBert attended Mount Ida College, where she obtained her Professional Studies of Education degree. She was a teacher for 7 years while also working at a real estate office upon graduation. As much as she loves teaching, she loves the fast-paced office environment, which led her to the staffing industry, where she now helps oversee the Black Diamond Networks internship program!
Ashley hangs out with family and friends in her spare time and escapes to their North Conway home with her pup Bordy! She moved to Methuen a little over two years ago but was born and raised in Medford, MA.

hannah Clerico
College Relations Manager
Hannah Clerico graduated from Villanova University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. After starting her career in marketing, she found Black Diamond Networks and joined the Talent Acquisition team in 2021. She has been continuing to develop her interpersonal skills as well as having a hands-on role connecting with and hiring others for their best path to success. Hannah was promoted to Talent Acquisition Lead in 2023. She continues to work with the TA team to staff permanent positions in all our offices nationwide.
Hannah currently lives in Boston, MA. She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with family, and going to brunch with friends. She is also an avid participant in local Relay for Life fundraisers for the American Cancer Society.
