Dean has over 12 years of recruiting experience in the life science industry. He began his career as a recruiter and advanced his way up the ladder to a Senior Technical Recruiter.

As a natural leader who understands the ins and outs of the industry, Dean is now the Director of Recruiting. He leads and trains the life sciences recruiting team in our Andover, Massachusetts headquarters.

Dean is a big supporter of all Boston sports and enjoys spending time with his family.
