Mike plays an integral role in helping our new hires learn the ropes. He works with teams across all offices and disciplines while providing mentorship and support.
Mike was a founding member of Black Diamond Networks. He began his career as a contract recruiter, focused on telecommunications and software research industries. During his tenure, he has worn many hats across engineering, IT, and Life Sciences. Mike was a Senior Technical Recruiter for over 20 years before transitioning to the Director of Training and Development.
Mike resides in the sunny state of Florida and has two golden retrievers.
