Chief Operating Officer
Nick brings nearly two decades of experience in the staffing industry.
He joined BDN in 2009 as a recruiter in our engineering division, which he went on to lead until 2022, when he was promoted to Vice President of Recruiting. In 2025, Nick was appointed Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he leads the strategic and day-to-day operations of the organization, driving operational efficiency, scaling infrastructure, and optimizing performance across our core verticals.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
