Job Description:
- Our client is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain consultant to advise on Clinical Drug distribution activities. They are a Clinical stage company focused on rare disease applications with 4 trials occurring concurrently in the US, EU, and UK. This consultant will be tasked with identifying distribution issues as it relates to cold chain, labeling/packaging, vendor sites, and strategy. Due to the nature of the product, enrollment, and frequency of drug delivery, there are a wide range of variables affecting distribution. This position will be strategic in nature with the consultant providing guidance on how to close the GAPs when identified but also having the capability and expectation to tactically support the team when relevant. The ideal candidate will come with significant supply chain knowledge (with a focus on cold storage to reduce temperature excursions), clinical drug supply distribution, Import/Export regulations (EU, US, & UK), and prior experience working with distribution vendors throughout the US and Europe.
