On September 23rd, BDN got a chance to participate and sponsor one of our favorite fall events, Special Field Games! This year like always, the 37th Annual Special Field games was held at the Haverhill Campus of Northern Essex Community College, and BDN provided all participants with shirts and jerseys! Participants in the competition range from 8 years old to 70, and they get a chance to compete in events such as a 100 yard dash, frisbee throw, and a wheelchair race. Black Diamond employees referee the events and love awarding the athletes with well-deserved prizes. We had such a great time volunteering, we already can’t wait for next year’s event!
