Pat Sheehan works as a Business Performance Analyst on BDN’s Business Systems team in Andover, MA. In this role, Pat supports the production staff behind the scenes through operational reporting, dashboard building, and new hire training.
Before working at Black Diamond, Pat attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was heavily involved in their athletics department. As a student manager, he assisted the UMass Men’s basketball and football team. Pat continues to share his passion for sports around the office and is the go-to guy for Fantasy Football insight.
Did you know Pat is Scuba certified? In 2016 he received the certification in Belize, one of the world’s best-known dive sites!
Pat says his mentor, Tom Stammberger, Senior Director of Business Systems & Performance, “Is a true model of consistency at BDN. He is the first one in the office each day and is always doing something to help somebody. Tom’s dedication to his craft, enthusiasm, and thoughtful leadership style are a few of the reasons I look up to him.”
Throughout his experience working alongside Tom, he advises new hires to, “be confident and embrace new challenges.”
In March, Pat will be celebrating his two-year work anniversary with the organization. He enjoys the work-life balance and company culture here at BDN.
One of his favorite activities is the annual BDN Boat Cruise which takes place every August in the Boston Seaport.
