Meet Jade Lomanno, Talent Acquisition Manager in Andover, MA. Jade rejoined Black Diamond Networks in September 2023, having previously worked here from July 2018 to 2020. It is not every day that you get to say you found your job at a career fair, but that is exactly how her journey with BDN began. “As a recent graduate from Keene State College, I stumbled upon BDN at a career fair and little did I know it would lead to a fulfilling career in talent acquisition.”
Since her return, she has had a rewarding experience, especially knowing that part of the role now involves visiting colleges and universities to share my journey and encourage students to consider careers with us. Jade says, “It feels like a full-circle moment—recruiting the next wave of talent, just as I was recruited years ago. This is my second opportunity at Black Diamond Networks! After working here from 2018 to 2020, I took a detour but could not resist the call of BDN. The culture, the people, and the mission resonate deeply with me, and I am thrilled to be back.”
Jade encourages new team members to be a sponge! There is a wealth of information to absorb during your training, and the more you take in, the better equipped you will be to thrive. Do not hesitate to ask questions—curiosity leads to growth and understanding.
She finds a lot of motivation from Ryan Mahan, Director of Operations. “His guidance and leadership in the talent acquisition space inspire me daily, pushing me to strive for excellence in my role.”
