Dean Carpenito is a Recruiting Team Lead in our National Life Sciences division. Dean joined our Andover, MA office in June of 2011 after graduating from Suffolk University and says he is here for the long haul!
Dean learned from the best here at Black Diamond, saying that BDN president Bret Cerasoli has always been his role model and mentor.
And that advice has paid off from the start. In his first year at Black Diamond, Dean was named Rookie of the Year in our annual Diamond Club Awards Ceremony. A highly coveted honor, the Rookie of the Year is an employee who is new to the staffing industry and has exceeded all expectations during their first year with out organization. It’s a recognition of their hard work and dedication and is often an indication of future success.
Dean says it was an honor for him to receive such a recognition in his first year.
What’s his advice for future Rookies of the Year:
“Be coachable, listen, and work as hard as you can. The sky is the limit! Here at BDN, our mentality is work hard, play hard.”
