Description:
The client is looking for two (2) additional resources to provide support/expertise related to the client’s Labvantage LIMS master data set-up and management. The resources will need to have experience and understanding of Labvantage LIMS master data, understand the hierarchy, workflows and where the master data lies within the system, familiar with different modules in Labvantage, have previous laboratory experience to understand functions and methods and strong communication skills to be able to interact with SMEs, internal team members, business partners, etc.
The team is providing support for several areas including:
- LES worksheet build-outs
- Support sites preparing for go-live
- User support/ticketing support related to master data issues
- Virtual support for planned new sites in various locations
- The team is responsible for providing support for all level 1 and level 2 (level 3 configuration support is outsourced) which are user support issues and new product introduction related.
