History
In February of 1999, Black Diamond Networks began as a Boston, Massachusetts-area contract and direct-hire staffing company.
The plan was to build the company by focusing on one client and one contractor at a time.
Connection by connection, Black Diamond grew from five people in a room, to the business it is today: the trusted staffing partner of global organisations responsible for the world’s life-saving and life-changing pharmaceuticals, therapies, medical devices and more.
Expansion began in the United States, growing from a single office to five offices across the country.
Next came Europe in 2024 with the opening of our European headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
With over 200 employees and 5,000 contractors, Black Diamond has come a long way in its 25 year history.
During that time we built a track record of success for us, our contractors, and our clients.
And we did it one relationship at a time.
