Tanner White joined Black Diamond’s Austin, Texas office as a Life Sciences recruiter in August.
Tanner is a Texas native and graduated from Texas Tech University’s Rawl College of Business in 2022.
As a new hire, Tanner has taken on the “fast track challenge” to complete our “Boot Camp” training in two months instead of three. He earned the “Boot Camp Bronze Elite” award along the way with his persistence and hard work.
Tanner says, “the overall support from everyone in the company is incredible. I was able to receive advice from other individuals that have been in my shoes before.”
One of his mentors is Anyssa Clark, a team lead in our Austin office, who has been guiding Tanner since day one, providing him with the tools needed to succeed.
Tanner is approaching his six-month anniversary with the organization and has recently been recognized as a Diamond of the Month – an award that recognizes Black Diamond’s team members who work hard, have a great attitude, and truly embody what we like to call “The Diamond Difference.”
Each day, Tanner is focused and dedicated, and leaves no stone unturned. After such a successful start with Black Diamond, we can’t wait to see what he will be able to accomplish!
