Meet Leah Sullivan, an Account Executive in our Lincoln, Rhode Island office. Leah earned a degree in athletic training from Lasell University and later pursued a career in sales. Before joining the Black Diamond team in 2022, she worked as an inside sales representative at a medical equipment manufacturing company.
In this career, Leah says success starts by showing up, saying, “showing up every day is half the battle. Make tangible goals for yourself. Learn from every call or situation. This job can be very unpredictable sometimes, so really try to focus on the things you can control.”
She encourages new team members to show up and do the same!
Leah works beside Sydney Bowker, the RI office’s manager and sees her as a mentor. She says, “Sydney is constantly showing us how to perform at the highest level. She pushes us to be the best versions of ourselves. She takes the time to teach us everything she knows, and I think I can speak for the whole office when I say that the effort and time that she takes to help us develop professionally is appreciated.”
Black Diamond’s Rhode Island office opened in 2022 and has been growing ever since! We are hiring full-time and internship opportunities and are excited to see what the next year will bring.
