NATALIE VIZCARDO, ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
What Drew Her to BDN:
Natalie joined Black Diamond Networks because she was drawn to the supportive culture and the opportunity to grow alongside such a driven team.

Her Background:
A recent Business and Marketing graduate; Natalie brings experience in customer service and marketing. She loves connecting with people and creating positive experiences — a natural fit for her new role.
What She’s Most Excited About:
As an Onboarding Specialist, Natalie is excited to help new candidates feel welcomed and set up for success from day one. She’s looking forward to building relationships and contributing to the strong, people-first culture at BDN.
LILIANA JESSICO, ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
What Drew Her to BDN:
Liliana joined Black Diamond Networks to be part of a competitive yet supportive environment where everyone works toward common goals. With her background in biology, she felt an immediate connection to the Life Science Sales Team. She was drawn to the opportunity to combine her scientific knowledge with a career in sales.
Her Background:
Liliana earned her BS and MS in Biology (with a certificate in Emerging Infectious Diseases) and brings experience from both lab and teaching settings — from in-vitro fertilization research at Charles River Labs to teaching Bio101 at Palomar College in San Diego.
What She’s Most Excited About:
Now back in Massachusetts, Liliana is excited to combine her scientific knowledge and retail experience to make an impact on the sales team in Andover and help strengthen BDN’s presence in the life sciences space.
WAYNE CINTOLO, ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
What Drew Him to BDN:
“One of the biggest reasons I joined Black Diamond is because of Evan Celli and Nico Alex. Seeing what they’ve built here, and the standard they hold themselves and others to made it a no-brainer. Being around people with that work ethic pushes you to elevate your game, and I wanted to be a part of that.”
His Background:
Wayne recently moved from Revere, Massachusetts down to Jupiter, Florida to join the Florida office at Black Diamond Networks. Having played hockey most of his life and attended Bryant University—where he crossed paths with a few of his now-colleagues—he was eager to join a competitive, team-driven environment.
JULIA PANZITTA, ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
What Drew Her to BDN:
After outgrowing her previous role, Julia was ready for a new challenge—one that offered both personal and professional growth. Black Diamond Networks stood out as the perfect fit.
Her Background:
Based in Delray Beach, Julia earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Florida Atlantic University. She brings strong communication skills, focus, and a results-driven mindset to her work, all of which make her a valuable addition to the team.
