We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Black Diamond Networks’ first-ever international internship program this summer in our Basel, Switzerland office! This exciting initiative marks a major step in our global expansion and reflects our ongoing commitment to developing future sales and recruiting talent.
Modeled after the success of our U.S. program, this pilot internship is designed to give a select group of interns hands-on experience while helping grow our European presence. Over the course of the program, interns will gain exposure to real-world business operations, learn from experienced mentors, and contribute to projects that drive company growth.
Program Overview
This summer’s internship will run from June 1 – August 21, 2026, with interns working a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday in our Basel office. The program will host 2 interns who meet eligibility requirements to work in Switzerland. Compensation includes monthly pay plus uncapped bonus potential, giving interns the opportunity to earn significant incentive-based rewards while developing their skills.
What Interns Will Do
Participants in the program will gain firsthand experience with the daily responsibilities of Account Executives and Recruiters, including:
- Generating new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, and prospecting
- Learning to qualify clients, make placements, and build lasting relationships
- Striving to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Collaborating across offices and with full-time staff to understand business growth and strategy
The program is designed to provide practical learning experiences that translate directly into professional success after graduation.
