Meet William Hughes, a Life Science and Technology Account Executive based in our Phoenix, Arizona office. Before joining the team in 2023, Will has a passion for travel and adventure, visiting three times as many countries as U.S. states.
A moment that stands out to him at BDN was participating in the volunteer event for Feed My Starving Children. This non-profit organization assembles meals which are distributed globally. While volunteering, Will said, “I found it fulfilling to see colleagues express their personalities outside of work while making a positive impact in the community.”
For those just starting their journey at BDN, Will’s insightful advice would be: “Trust the process. Building your brand takes longer than expected but is well worth the wait. Lean on the people around you, work hard, and visualize the life you want to build. Patience is a virtue.”
When it comes to inspiration, Will looks up to Jamie MacNeil, Director of Training and Development. Jamie is someone who prioritizes the needs of the team above his own. Will says, “I admire Jamie’s strong leadership and commitment to personal development through accountability and consistency. His selflessness and dedication to helping others succeed make him a role model worth emulating.”
