Meet Sarah Moussa, Senior Account Executive on Andover’s Local Life Sciences team. Sarah joined the organization in February of 2019. She was named Black Diamond’s Rookie of the year and is a four-time Diamond Club award recipient.
Our Diamond Club is a recognition of the best of the best performers in the organization and each recipient receives an all-inclusive trip to the Bahamas. Upon returning from her first Diamond Club trip, Sarah says, “the vibes are unmatchable. Everyone celebrates the company’s success together in one place. I was able to interact with people from every office, which is not something that happens every day. As a group we have made unforgettable memories! My colleagues have become some of my best friends.”
Sarah is the first generation of her family in the United States and speaks fluent Arabic. She received a bachelor’s degree in public health at University of Massachusetts Lowell and obtained her MBA from Rivier University.
From the very start, Andre Pascal has been someone she has looked up to. Sarah says, “He has been in this industry for a long time and has a level of knowledge that no one could compare to. He is always there when you need him!”
If you have had the pleasure of working alongside Sarah, you know her friendly and bubbly personality! She is a true team player and always willing to help the team. She says, “always keep your learning caps on! In this industry, you will never know everything, and your best teachers are your own clients. Do not be afraid to ask questions and learn new skills. You’re going to have good and bad days. It is important to not dwell on the negatives and maintain a positive attitude.”
