Jacquelyn Numbers joined Black Diamond’s Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office in October of 2020. As a National Account Executive her daily work is building and maintaining relationships with clients in our Clinical and Regulatory division.
Jacquelyn was born and raised in Michigan, attending Albion College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in biology – and piano!
Jacquelyn discovered a passion for the marketing and sales side of the business world. With her science background, she had a unique edge that suited her for a career in life science staffing.
Here at Black Diamond Networks, we like to celebrate as a team every quarter, to relax and unwind outside the office and acknowledge all the hard work that has been done. Recalling her first quarterly team event, Jacquelyn said, “It was great to see I could be part of a team that wanted everyone to succeed and thrive. The camaraderie is like no other here and makes you really feel like you belong, which was a huge change from my previous career experience.”
Today, she continues to celebrate at quarterly events but now, with her team of seven Associate Account Executives by her side!
As a manager, Jacquelyn’s role model is Mike Dagher, Black Diamond’s Vice President of Sales. Mike has been her manager for quite some time, and she admires his constant insight and guidance and habit of praising good practices.
She encourages her new teammates by reminding them to:
“Keep an open mind and do not compare yourself to others. If you get the basics down and continuously utilize the skills we teach, you will succeed.”
