Ashley LeBert, Talent Development Manager & Internship Program Coordinator joined the Black Diamond Networks team in October 2023. Since then, she has contributed to the development of the BDN internship program.
Before joining the team, Ashley spent 7 years as a teacher, bringing much experience in education and mentorship to her role.
She offers valuable advice to new hires and states that, “Good organization can make a big difference in managing tasks and meeting deadlines. Find the way that works best for you and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it.”
Ashley admires Ryan Mahan, Director of Operations and Andrea Caso, Vice President of Recruiting, recognizing their positive impact on her professional growth within the organization. She says, “As both my manager and now my mentor, Ryan has a strong work ethic and is always available to offer guidance and constructive feedback, which has influenced my own development.” She also exclaimed, “I admire Andrea for her direct, constructive feedback and clear guidance on best practices. Her approach helps me improve continuously and grow professionally.” Ashley is grateful for Ryan’s mentorship and Andrea’s direct feedback have been invaluable.
