Andrew Owers, a Sales Development Lead joined the Black Diamond Networks team in May 2023 and quickly made a significant impact. A highlight for him was securing his first placement in July, a testament to his dedication and hard work.
My first placement in July 2023 was quite the experience. Andrew emphasized that, “It was incredibly rewarding to see all my hard work come to fruition and successfully place a highly qualified candidate with a fantastic company.”
Andrew is related to the legendary Barefoot Mailman! He says, “The Barefoot Mailman is a distant cousin, Andrew Garnett, from Hypoluxo, on my mother’s side.” It is a bit of a local legend in my family, and it always sparks interesting conversations.
For new hires, Andrew offers advice, “Be a sponge and ask good questions. Do not be afraid to seek guidance from your colleagues and mentors. This is the best way to learn and grow within the company.”
Ben Pekarsky, BDN’s Senior Client Delivery Executive, is someone Andrew seeks leadership and guidance from. Ben is a strong asset to the team with citing his leadership, dedication to clients, and ability to build strong relationships as key qualities he looks up to.
