Description:
Seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead early-stage wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation for a healthcare/MedTech product. The ideal candidate will drive the user experience of a new MVP in a regulated industry and collaborate directly with the founder and development team.
Responsibilities:
- Create clean, accessible, and high-impact UI screens optimized for web and potentially mobile platforms.
- Take ownership of UX/UI for a new MedTech MVP, translating abstract concepts and requirements into actionable design deliverables.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong background in healthcare, MedTech, or cybersecurity products. They should be highly proficient in Figma and capable of owning the design process from early wireframes through to high-fidelity prototypes. A proven ability to create intuitive, accessible, and scalable interfaces for complex systems is essential. Experience working in early-stage startups or MVP environments is preferred, along with strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, remote setting.
