Job Description:
The client is seeking a Smartsheet expert to support the implementation of the new Global Regulatory Affairs Functional Team (GRAFT) Hub 2.0 Template and other Smartsheet workspace improvements. The consultant will be responsible for configuring Smartsheet to meet our business needs, implementing required updates and automation, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess the current GRAFT Hub and 2.0 template design.
- Configure and customize Smartsheet solutions to align with project objectives.
- Implement automation, workflows, and integrations to enhance efficiency.
- Provide Best Practices and recommendations to optimize the user experience
- Provide recommendations to leverage Smartsheet plug-ins, such as Data Shuttle
- Ensure data integrity, security setting, and appropriate permissions.
- Train and support project team members on Smartsheet functionality, as needed.
- Document implemented solutions and provide knowledge transfer.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in Smartsheet development, automation, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of Smartsheet formulas, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Experience with workflows automation, data linking, and permissions management.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective Smartsheet solutions.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
