Description
- The client requires a comprehensive and objective assessment of its Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to inform both short-term and long-term planning and decision-making. Additionally, the client needs to produce a baseline set of documentation that articulates the current product architecture, feature set, and other key details to serve as a single source of truth for future development and maintenance. The consultant would need to conduct workshops, meet with various stakeholders representing different departments, conduct through assessment of LabVantage LIMS and other LES systems, provide recommendations, manage project activities, project baseline documentation and develop and present comprehensive final report. The project objectives include:
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the current LIMS system.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations for both immediate and long-term enhancements.
- Create a detailed and comprehensive baseline documentation of the current LIMS system.
