Job Title: Technical Writer – Continuous Improvement
Location: PA (Hybrid – Onsite & Remote)
Duration: 6 months

Job Scope:
- Write and execute manufacturing documentation at a high level in a regulated pharma/device environment. Focus on creating clear, standardized batch record instructions (not SOPs) from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop instructions for ~3,000–5,000 SKUs annually.
- Categorize work by complexity (low, mid, high).
- Work directly with operators on the production floor.
- Integrate documentation with the Made2Manage ERP system.
- Translate CAD drawings into clear, operator-friendly instructions.
- Use existing templates for consistency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to GMP and cleanroom requirements, including gowning if needed.
- Follow all cleanroom clothing protocols. Small percentage of job in clean room.
- Use Adobe tools for formatting and layout where needed.
- Skills: Technical Writing, ERP Systems, MasterControl/SolidWorks(or similar), batch records, CAD drawings, Continuous Improvement, Gowning (if onsite)
