Job Scope:
- This person would assist us in moving our extra products that are in a small inventory closet back to our supply chain, distribution centers, or to our sales training department.
- This person would be more administrative in nature working with our excel database, shipping organizations and distribution centers via email and phone.
- Some engineering or supply chain knowledge is helpful, but not required. The person would need to physically move product and boxes and work with our shipping and mail room to ship product to other JNJ locations.
- The packages are already inventoried. Need to set up a return to the distribution centers or to sales training departments. Handle all the coordination. Emails and calls to different groups/departments/sites.
- Set up shipping labels. There will be 2-3 weeks of training to be acquainted to the documentation needed. Then will be introduced to the other teams to get acquainted. The packed material is tightly together on shelves. Will need to know the number system and match the inventory sheet.
- Engineering background. The devices are screws/hips/knee components.
