Job Scope:
- This is role supporting both the project and on-going facilities business as usual.
- In the role of project support, the engineer will represent as the HVAC engineer on multiple projects.
- The following duties will be included:
- Attend team meetings.
- Escalate items of concern to Facilities Team for comment and review within the project review cycle.
- Coordinate the activities of third-party representatives.
- Manage the design, implementation, and support of site-wide process automation, supervisory control, and data acquisition (SCADA) solution.
- Provides Facilities support on Capital Projects.
- Understands and follows site specifications for all projects.
- Participate in new equipment design specification.
- Ensure good engineering and documentation practices are used during job activities.
- Conduct troubleshooting activities to support Facilities utilities and systems.
- Gather, organize, and communicate operational information to others.
- Lead and coordinate investigations and studies.
- In the role of supporting business as usual, the engineer will assist the current facilities HVAC Engineer to learn the site and use this knowledge to better support the project work.
- The following duties will be included:
- HEPA testing and trouble shooting.
- Other items may be added as we see fit to better balance the BAU and Project Support dynamics.
- Conduct troubleshooting activities to support Facilities utilities and systems.
