Job Scope:

The company is a CDMO with 16 commercial products and18 projects Phase 1-Life Cycle. They need someone to come in and harmonize the QA environment and act as an engineer hands on but also keep things compliant and do things correctly from a QA perspective. Need people to act as a QE engineer, but come in to have the right mindset in QA. They must be proficient in API, QA, Change Control, Equipment, Installation, ICH Q7
Strong in cGMP that can stand up to Poor QA culture and mentor new employees
Chemical engineering background is a plus
