Job Description:
Our pharmaceutical client needs a Sr. IT Integration Project Manager to help them integrate multiple workstreams together. Information owners include- supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, quality assurance- they are all working different deliverables for the organization. The manager needs someone that can take all these workflows and integrate them, each with their own PM and own teams. They have established core teams and workstreams working to deliver different phases of the project but there is currently no integration between them. This person will need to have strong part 11 data integrity experience to build out user requirements. Must have an understanding of how each team is delivering on the requirements based on the phases they are in. This person must have a strong background in Project Management, Electronic System Compliance and Integration. They will need to integrate cross-functionally with the other PMs for the other workstreams, integrate the timelines and be able to present to the sponsors and steering committee. They will need to have a thorough understanding of each work stream and how it all comes together. Risk experience and mitigations experience needed. They will need to build out a standard dashboard for all the workstreams to use so experience with multiple dashboards will be helpful. Electronic systems include Oracle OPM and Veeva with various modules including LIMS so being able to ask the right questions based on those types of systems will be crucial. They will need to ensure the right data flows are built across the right systems and they will need to map out data flows and processes. This person is going to focus primarily on the QA aspect but working with need to have experience working with teams cross functional and PMs. Experience with validation is ideal. Strong background in pharma is mandatory.
