MA: Process Engineer

Overview:

Client is seeking a Process Engineer to support ongoing projects focused on continuous improvement, automation, and change management within manufacturing operations. These engineers will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are optimized, compliant, and prepared for the next phase of automation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute process validation, including writing protocols, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage change controls and change management processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Work with SAP, PLCs, OSI PI, DNC, 4CAM to integrate and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies to improve production operations.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing workflows.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and MedTech/Pharma regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a regulated industry (Device, Pharma)
  • Strong background in process validation, change controls, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, PLC systems, and manufacturing software.
  • Ability to lead projects, manage documentation, and drive process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
