Job Description:
- Design, develop, and enhance custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and workflows tailored to meet business requirements in the PP, MM, and SD modules.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform technical analysis, code reviews, and debugging of existing systems to optimize performance and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain user exits, BADIs, BAPIs, enhancements, and forms (e.g., SAPScript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms).
- Manage SAP workflows and support interface development using IDocs, RFCs, and other integration technologies.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards while delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and support.
- Monitor system performance, implement optimizations, and address technical challenges proactively.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Proven expertise in PP, MM, and SD modules, with a strong understanding of their business processes and integration points.
- Experience with RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) development in SAP.
- Hands-on experience with SAP tools such as ALV reporting, BDC, and LSMW.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA development techniques, including CDS views, AMDP, and OData services.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality solutions.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
