Job Description
- Client is looking for a person that will be overseeing the CMMS (client uses Emaint – PLUS) and helping with some of the tableting project coordination on the facilities side. This person will be helping Design work flows for system for calibration, PM, QA review and submit work orders for closure to vendors, help clean up the system they have in place (MasterControl) and implementing the CMMS which will take 12 weeks (systems is very manual).
- After the implementation, this candidate will help qualify the room that new equipment is going into for commercial manufacturing ie. Humidity, Hepa filters, utilities, and general facilities valid
- The maintenance and calibration individual is responsible for the maintenance and calibration program activities, including but not limited to assigning work orders, creating asset identification, calibration tasks, and equipment verifications. Responsible for maintaining the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and the records within. The maintenance and calibration coordinator will interact with different levels of management and personnel within each ALI-PM departmentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee the implementation of a new CMMS program and the calibration program for all production and facility equipment and instrumentation.
Coordinate and ensure timely completion of activities in the CMMS implantation.
Support change control, deviation, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) processes, out of specification and out of trend investigations as they are related to the calibration or maintenance activities or the CMMS.
Promote continuous improvement in practices, adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and compliance with safety regulations.
Perform commissioning activities on HVAC, cleanrooms, and utilities.
Perform equipment verifications as required, such as speed, timers, and temperature.
As the workload demand changes for the department, additional responsibilities may be required
