Description:
The client is in need of an experienced senior scientist to work on the plasma product development and cellular analytics team focused on method development, cell-based assay development, engineering cell lines, product characterization, invitro proof of concept testing, troubleshooting, assisting/mentoring junior scientists and other related tasks. The candidate will need to be a PhD scientist (preferred) in molecular biology, immunology, or other related field, with at least 3 years of industry experience. The candidate will also be performing some lab related analysis and will need to be familiar with ELISA, FACS, luminescence, plate-based assays, high through-put screening and other similar techniques. The candidate will be assigned specific projects, perform research, presenting findings/data to the team, trouble shoot problems and assist with other urgent projects assigned to the team. The candidate will need to have a pro-active mindset, be goal oriented/focused and agile and able to adjust to urgent deadlines and changing needs.
