JOB SCOPE:
We are looking for a 3PL Business Analyst who can take business requirements, translate them into user stories, perform technical configurations, and guide implementation. This role will run through SAP EWM, so some SAP knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with SC-Distribution (Warehousing and Transportation) business leaders to understand needs and objectives for a new business process for the Costa Rica Warehouse.
- Technology Consulting: Provide guidance on technology best practices, proposing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.
- Development & Implementation: Act as the Technical Product Owner for Distribution and Infrastructure IT solutions, aligning with global IT solutions and recommending the best-in-class products to support operations.
- Change Management: Support project leaders with product and change management skills to ensure smooth technology deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT SC-Distribution solutions, particularly in creating new business distribution centers or warehouses, with successful technology execution.
- Strong supply chain business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Excellent leadership and project/product management skills.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure and SC Applications, supporting Stock Orders, Inventory Management, Distribution, and Transportation technologies in supply chain operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
