True PM with really strong process management experience. New management is seeing that process are antiquated. Site feasibility, develop data quality standards, develop processes for reading data reports. Several teams working in development, but consolidate this into bigger umbrella program. Need for this PM to come in, meet with different stakeholders, understand scope and timelines and develop overarching plan of what’s happening, different deadlines. Big process improvement Gantt chart. Working with program lead to track all of these and set up governance structure. Director-level candidate. More of a slant to change management, change control, facilitating initiatives for process improvement. Exposure to oncology (all Clinops/data management processes). Should know what clinical study looks like, different stages in oncology space.
