Job Description:

We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to design, debug, and test PCB hardware for high-reliability aerospace systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pcb design and troubleshooting, as well as mentoring junior engineers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design PCB schematics and layouts using Altium.
  • Conduct hands-on hardware testing and debugging in the lab.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during development.
  • Work with mixed-signal and digital designs, including DDR memory, processors, and high-speed, low-power systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers in design and testing.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in PCB design and layout using Altium.
  • Experience with mixed-signal systems (primarily digital).
  • Hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging experience.
  • Familiarity with high-speed, low-power designs (12V and below).

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with aerospace or high-reliability systems.
