We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Systems Engineer with 10-15 years of experience in embedded systems development. The role involves 70% hands-on development and 30% project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize low-level embedded software (driver development, C, FreeRTOS, modern C++).
- Break down requirements into stories and tasks, assign to the team, and monitor progress using JIRA (Agile/Scrum).
- Collaborate with external contractors and cross-functional teams.
- Perform UML modeling (a plus) and contribute to overall system architecture.
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
Requirements:
- Expertise in C/C++ and Python for embedded systems.
- Strong background in low-power systems and driver development.
- Experience with JIRA, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage and mentor developers while staying hands-on.
- UML modeling experience is a plus.
