As Black Diamond continues to grow it is important that we still represent our core values. One of the strengths behind Black Diamond’s growth has been our ability to build solid contractor relationships. This is a principle that we apply to our daily operation – Service First.
One tool that Black Diamond uses to measure our “Service First” approach is surveys. Black Diamond sends out two different surveys to our contractors. The first survey is sent out after a contractor has been on assignment for 3-months, this survey is called the “Assignment Evaluation Survey.” The second survey is sent out once a contractor finishes their assignment. This survey is called the “Assignment Completion Survey.”
For the “End of Assignment Survey,” Black Diamond contractors rate Black Diamond’s service/support a 4.6/5. The high rating indicates that contractors are very satisfied with the service we provide them and ongoing support throughout their assignments. Our contractor’s also rate our Follow-Up/Follow-Through a 4.6/5. This rating measure how contractors feel about our ability to reach out to them, keep them informed and produce results for them.
“Knowledge, Experience, Commitment, Execution and Trust.” These are the values that lead to a superior service experience and outcome. Black Diamond was founded on these commitments. It is encouraging for us that today; evident by our survey averages, the promise of these deeply held values have been endorsed. We appreciate all of our relationships and will continue to serve our consultants using the same values that we were founded under.
