2025 was a year of remarkable achievement for Black Diamond Networks (BDN), reinforcing our reputation as a trusted and reliable staffing partner. Across our operations, our teams focused on innovation, expanding services, and delivering meaningful results for our clients.
Expanding Services and Markets
BDN continued to advance its strategic initiatives across our offices in Basel, Switzerland; Austin, Texas; and Lincoln, Rhode Island, broadening our reach and creating new opportunities. Special recognition goes to Rob Berlan, Brecken Morgan, and Sean Murphy in Switzerland; Anyssa Clark and David Perry in Texas; and Sydney Bowker in Rhode Island for their leadership and dedication in developing new markets and supporting company growth.
Investing in Talent
Our internship program grew significantly, giving students hands-on experience and creating a strong pipeline of future talent. Ashley LeBert, Lizzy Gross, Cameron LeBlanc, and Kyle Meyer from the Massachusetts office, along with Crystal Mikha from the Arizona office, were instrumental in mentoring and training interns.
Operational improvements included Target Recruit, a new CRM system led by Pat Sheehan and Kristi Holden, which streamlined workflows. We also launched NetCov, an AI-powered software for resume formatting, led by Rachel Hodson, allowing teams to focus on client engagement and strategic initiatives.
Consultant Contributions and Client Impact
Our consultants delivered measurable results for clients and helped strengthen relationships across industries. Notable achievements included supporting a large pharmaceutical company with strategic hiring initiatives, led by Rebecca Kazanjian, and a small biotech company by successfully filling key roles focused on innovative cancer treatments, led by Dario Riparo. These accomplishments reflect the professionalism and dedication of BDN consultants in driving client satisfaction and strengthening business relationships.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we look at 2026, BDN remains committed to delivering excellence for clients, consultants, and employees. Our focus will include expanding service offerings, exploring emerging markets such as the nuclear division, which supports AI-powered data centers, and continuing to perform at the highest level across all divisions. Employees across all offices will play a central role in driving these initiatives forward.
Conclusion: Continuing Our Momentum
2025 was a year of growth, innovation, and impact at BDN. Moving into 2026, we remain focused on developing talent, expanding services, and providing trusted staffing solutions to clients worldwide. We are proud of the contributions of our employees across all offices, whose dedication and professionalism continue to make BDN a strong partner for our clients.
