Literature

Black Diamond Clinical Services partnered with a client to provide real-time systematic literature and updates to support post-marketing commitments. This included real-time data extraction and meta-analysis.

CRO

A client had a need for a PMCF activity to retain their CE Mark. Black Diamond Clinical Services developed a PMCF strategy and study plan, including a prospective physician survey. Black Diamond executed the survey (including IRB/EC management) and provided the clinical study and PMCF reports.

Operations

Black Diamond Clinical Services worked with a client to transition from complete CRO outsourcing to a hybrid model by providing CPM, CTM, and CRA talent to work under client management to achieve clinical operation objectives for multiple, ongoing trials across several sites.

Monitoring

A client had an urgent need in their ongoing clinical studies for Medical Monitoring and enlisted Black Diamond Clinical Services to handle all related support and activities to ensure the trials were appropriately conducted, including incorporating PV Physicians to review and assess all drug safety-related information.

Data Management

Black Diamond Clinical Services partnered with a client who had a backlog of hard copy data records, deploying a clinical data management team to resolve challenges with site data synthesis, data migration, uploading, indexing, and quality control, to prepare their trial data for regulatory submission.
