Description:
The client is looking for an experienced validation engineer with significant SIP experience to help with an immediate project and then utilize for a couple of additional projects once completed. The client produces sterile ophthalmic products and uses a series of moveable tanks and holding vessels ranging between 200-800 Liters where the API and excipients are mixed together. They perform SIP using pure steam and a series of filters and need a validation engineer that can write the SIP validation plan, help to oversee and conduct the studies and write the validation reports. The candidate must have experience performing SIP validation for WFI tanks, holding vessels, moveable tanks, etc. and write the validation documentation and oversee the execution. The client has to develop about 5 new SIP processes throughout the year and the internal team does not have the bandwidth so will want to utilize the validation engineer for the additional SIP related projects.
