Job Description:
Lexington, MA client needs a Supplier Quality Management Consultant that has strong vendor management and qualification experience. Experience with quality questionnaires, audit management, sometimes be onsite to work with supply chain and R&D teams. Consultant will be responsible for the management of suppliers within the Quality Assurance Team and is accountable for the evaluation, qualification, monitoring and approval of new and existing suppliers. Creating approved supplier lists, managing those lists. Conducting internal/external audits and manage contract auditors. Company is early-phase. Open to candidates with limited audit experience. There may be some light travel.
