Job Description:
Our client is looking for a QC Analytical contractor with significant method qualification and GMP knowledge. They are in the midst of beginning to qualify their 40 based lab methods within GMP labs and in the process of getting all the documentation lined up. This role will be focused on working closely with the analytical development team, understand where everything is in the lab, help design qualification experiments, help execute those experiments, manufacture onsite, help manage the operations aspect, and help establish QC aspects required for GMP manufacturing. The Ideal candidate will have experience working with UPLC and/or HPLC, GMP testing, and Cell/Molecular plant-based assay.
TYPES OF ASSAYS- residual protein, residual DNA, RNA concentration, DNA concentration, QPCR, DDPCR, CEM SDS Page, pipetting and basic lab skills, UV VIZ, total protein process residual or product residual, small plate-based assay experience
MUST HAVES- Molecular plate-based assay experience
LIKE TO HAVE- HPLC and cell-based assay experience.
