Description: The Sr. Manager will be leading the site to a successful execution of downstream clinical and commercial manufacturing within GMP Compliance. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple engineers and will need to have significant on the floor presence. The perfect candidate should be an SME in purification. This position will also include scheduling, aspects of tech/process transfer and will be responsible for creating solutions for identified gaps.
Skills:
• 10 year experience working with GMP environment
• Significant experience in purification operations within Manufacturing Bio
• Experience managing a staff within Manufacturing floor
• Working with Manufacturing/Technical documentation and troubleshooting problems
• Leading investigations against compliance
• Execution of plant start up commissioning and validation activities
Background: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Manufacturing or Operations
Plus: Local to WA is a plus
