Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager for a 6+ month Veeva Vault Implementation Project. The client’s existing platform was Trackwise and they are now shifting to Veeva Vault. The project will begin the deployment process for every site before the end of the year. They are currently working on the Lab Investigations Modules for a Phase I Pilot for 5 sites.

The selected individual should have a proven background in Veeva Implementation projects with a through understanding of SOP’s, work instructions, gap assessments, working with Business SME’s, security & risk-based approaches and background within life sciences (medical device, biotech or pharmaceutical). There will be daily usage of platforms such as Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Snag-it (for screen-shotting/sharing), etc. Being ‘tech savvy’ or navigating through these platforms will be essential due to site-to-site communication and tracking deliverables and data.

Job functions consist of:

  • Cross-functional collaboration with department SME’s and technical teams to provide guidance, coordination and troubleshooting of issues while implementing corrective actions/best practices on current requirements.
  • Conduct and participate in weekly team meetings with site contacts
  • Respond to inquiries regarding deployment processes
  • Documentation of issues and risks in order to escalate to Program Lead
  • Track deliverables accordingly and be attentive of when sites fall back on timelines/deliverables
  • While new applications are being introduced, participation in establishing project plans, deployment processes, site questions, etc. will be required.
  • Coordination of activities such as: onboarding of new application with support team and for user access request portals as well as going live
  • Implement and/or development of deliverables and templates such as: deployment plans, security matric and site questions when working with compliance
  • Act as a liaison between different company workstreams to facilitate effective communication and assurance on time completion of site readiness activities



Required Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Veeva Vault Implementation or similar project experience – Veeva Vault experience is mandatory
  • Education: N/A – Experience outweighs degree
