Job Description: Looking for Ad-hoc support but could ramp up in time to more hours as that has happened in the past, however, in the beginning its a question and answer type of thing. Looking for a tried and true scientist who has experience manufacturing Monoclonal Antibody Manufacturing (mAbs) and recombinant proteins. Someone who has a Ph.D. and comes with a lot of hands on experience designing the process for manufacturing these types of antibodies/proteins. Looking for experience with tech transfer for US FDA regulations, research experience, process development, all the way to GMP manufacturing. Must come with GMP understanding so they can take the process into the manufacturing setting. Someone who is actively working on manufacturing mAb’s and recombinant proteins would be great as the requirements seem to change and its good if the consultant is coming with the recent knowledge and experience. Indication here is for Large Scale up to 50 liters.
