Job Description:
Our client is looking for a QMS SME with a background in pharmaceutical distribution for a 3 month assignment. This person will help to assess and approve SOPs, policies, and documentation from the enterprise level down to the floor. This is not the content writing of the SOPs, but the understanding and technical knowledge to assess them and make sure there are no gaps. The candidate will Assess the current documentation hierarchy and mechanisms and recommend creation/update of Quality and Regulatory policy to the distribution center shop floor. Utilizing ISO 9001 as the foundational QMS framework, the requirements of the client which provides services in both Human Health and Animal Health will be considered. Experience with direct pharmaceutical distribution is a huge plus, but willing to look at candidates from a manufacturing background that have been exposed to the distribution process.
