The client is in need of a Nanoparticle SME to assist with a tech transfer occurring in October. Canidate must have an extensive pharma nanoparticle characterization background. Also, need to have formulation and manufacturing experience in creating these products, as well as experience with analytical characterization. The client is looking for an expert, look at batch records, oversee the work at the vendor representing them from a CMC standpoint. The client is replacing a person that had the most historical experience with nanoparticle characterization. This is a niche field with not many products. Which makes their drug product is unique and must make sure is everything is covered in tech transfer. The individual should have process and testing experience, analytical experience and particle size characterization experience. Light scattering method now is a mess. Biologics filing is the final.
